| Dr. Alok Gardia, M.A., M.Ed., Ph.D., did his masters from Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal and he has completed his Doctorate in Education from Banaras Hindu University where presently he is rendering his services. He has more than seven years of experience in teaching graduate and post graduate courses. A number of articles, research papers, published in national and international journals are in his credit. He has edited two books and also contributed chapters in many books. In the capacity of organizing secretary he has organized a national and also an international seminar as joint secretary, a research project on Teacher education is also completed by him recently. He is member of prominent bodies of teacher education in India. His areas of specialization are Sociology of Education, Value Education and more specifically he deals with the issues in Citizenship Education. |
