| The author, Shyamal Bhattacharjee, graduated from Nagpur University in 1982 in Arts. After that he pursued his studies in Management and completed MBA from Nagpur University in 1984 majoring in Marketing Management. In 1992 he did diploma in Exports Management (Del.) securing a Gold Medal from MSPI New Delhi.
He is now a professor in East West College of Business Administration at Bangalore. He is also a Marketing and Educational Consultant at Bangalore. |
